Some mornings call for simplicity—something wholesome, beautiful, and quietly joyful. This granola bowl is just that. Crisp, toasty clusters of oats, tangy yoghurt, and the natural sweetness of fresh fruit come together in a way that feels both comforting and gently uplifting.
It’s the sort of breakfast you make with sleepy hands and a full heart—perhaps with the window open, birdsong nearby, and the soft clink of spoons and bowls in the morning stillness.
INGREDIENTS - serves 4

200g of Granola - see here

150g Greek-style yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)

A handful of fresh fruit (berries, sliced banana, or stewed fruit)

3–4 tbsp homemade granola

Optional: drizzle of honey, spoon of nut butter, or sprinkle of flax

HOW TO

If following the steps to make Granola, you will need to make sure this is well chilled

Assemble the bowls – Spoon yoghurt into each bowl. Top with granola, fruit, and any finishing touches. Serve slowly, and savour every bite.
